孖記成立於 2011 年，是一家致力於提供地道港式風味的小廚品牌。
首間分店位於天水圍頌富街市，其後於2016 年進駐彩雲街市，並於2018年在安泰街市開設第三分店。
我們堅持365天全年無休，以 大眾化價格提供優質、新鮮的港式日常美食。
所有食材每天新鮮製作，並採用即叫即炒的營運模式，確保每一道出品均保持最佳品質。
Founded in 2011, Ma Kee is a brand dedicated to delivering authentic Hong Kong flavors.
Our first store opened in Tin Shui Wai’s Chung Fu Market, followed by expansions to Choi Wan Market in 2016 and On Tai Market in 2018.
We operate 365 days a year, offering affordable, high-quality, and freshly made Hong Kong-style meals.
All our ingredients are freshly prepared daily, and we follow a cook-to-order approach to ensure the highest quality in every dish.

孖記於 2025 年正式拓展海外市場，首站選擇英國，專注於港式茶餐廳水吧飲品，每天新鮮調配，呈現最地道、正宗的香港味道。
我們希望讓身在海外的港人重溫熟悉的港式奶茶、鴛鴦、凍檸茶等經典風味，以一杯飲品，連結香港與家的味道，為遊子們解一解思鄉之情。
孖記，始終堅守初心，致力將最道地的港式美食文化帶到世界每一個角落。
In 2025, Ma Kee is expanding its business overseas, with the UK as its first international market. We specialize in authentic Hong Kong-style café beverages, prepared fresh daily to deliver the most traditional and genuine flavors.
We aim to bring overseas Hongkongers a taste of home with classic drinks such as Hong Kong-style milk tea, yuen yeung (coffee & tea blend), and iced lemon tea. One sip, one memory - reconnecting you with Hong Kong and the warmth of home.
