Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within the UK Mainland, including Scotland (excluding Highlands).
We do not ship to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, offshore islands, or other international locations.
 

2. Processing & Delivery Schedule

  • We dispatch orders once a week.

  • For London/ Kent areas: Orders placed before Wednesday 12:00 PM (cut-off time) will be dispatched on Thursday with Next Day Delivery

  • For outside London/ Kent areas: Orders placed before Wednesday 12:00 PM (cut-off time) will be dispatched on Thursday with Next Day Delivery. If the order volume is insufficient, dispatch will be delayed until the following week (we will notify you via WhatsApp as soon as possible if there is a delay).

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed in the next available dispatch cycle.

3. Delivery Fees

  • Standard delivery fee: £4.99 per order

  • Free delivery for orders over £50

4. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is dispatched. You can track your delivery through our website or the courier’s tracking system.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If no one is available to receive the package, the courier may leave it in a safe place or attempt re-delivery. Please check your tracking details for updates.

  • Our product required refrigeration. Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel. We are not responsible for spoilage due to missed delivery or delays.

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please Whatsapp us at 07768609580 . We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier disruptions, or incorrect address details.
